Content Marketing Associate

You’re an empathetic content creator and curator whose stories resonate with prospects. As the Content Marketing Associate, you’ll help build and run a content marketing function that elevates the Samespace brand, generates sales leads, and positions us as the only mission-driven company in our industry. All while working with teams across the globe, building your skillset, and teaching others how to be better storytellers.

Key Responsibilities
With leadership support, plan, build, and own a content marketing function that not only creates content but smartly promotes and repackages it
Write and edit compelling content that bolsters the Samespace brand and/or generates sales leads. That includes website messaging, Web articles, blog posts, social media posts, video storyboards, and lead gen campaign ads.
Measure success by determining, tracking, and reporting on KPIs
Manage freelance design, writing, and other creative resources
As needed, assist in creating sales and partner collateral to improve sales cycles
Key Qualifications
Strong desire to grow a content marketing skill set that impacts brand and revenue
Positive, scrappy attitude
2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, communications, or a related function
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Experience creating multiple content types, from blog posts & articles, to infographics, to videos
Expertise promoting and packaging content for reuse, distribution, etc.
Ability to articulate advanced technologies simply, e.g., AI-powered voicebots
Excellent planning and execution skills, and a detail-oriented mindset
Strong understanding of a rapidly changing technology landscape
Experience working with freelancer/outside agencies
A passion for improving the workplace for contact center agents and their teams

Degrees don’t matter here, but we appreciate people who’ve earned them and can apply them smartly.
