From a tiny rented garage in Mumbai, Samespace founder Shailesh Tyagi built Novanet, a company that became one of the key Voice over IP providers in the world. Novanet’s primary customers were Contact Centers, and as Shailesh developed a deep understanding of how they operate, what he saw bothered him.
Novanet’s customers were all using bloated, overly expensive, complicated technology with a poorly designed user experience. Shailesh felt strongly that Contact Center agents deserved better. And Samespace was born.
From the onset, Samespace was built to delight users with an uncompromised experience, modular architecture, and cutting-edge technologies. Shailesh started with the user experience because agents are among the most neglected software users.
